If you have a more advanced question or if you need some “one-on-one” time with a member of our Service Team, stop in Friday afternoons during the heating season for Enchanted Fireside’s Tech Time. Tech Time is a face-to-face Q&A, held in the showroom and is designed to answer your toughest questions. Service Team members will be available to help solve your trickiest problems and in general, help you get the most out of your investment in our products. There is no appointment necessary.
